What is the SalesPitch™?
SalesPitch™ is a stand-alone cell phone subscription service that provides you with immediate audio sales reports and automatically places your follow up calls--and keeps score of your performance.

What is simplified CRM?
SalesPitch™ simplifies Customer Relations Management (CRM) service by allowing you to file reports with a telephone call. With a minimal amount of transcription, SalesPitch™ automatically schedules your follow up. And when it is time to make the follow up call, SalesPitch™ calls you--no need for a PC, PDA or wifi. The follow up reminder from SalesPitch™ replays the audio of your last report to remember the deal.

What if I hang up on a reminder follow up call?
What if I don't answer the reminder follow up call?
What if my cellphone is turned off?
SalesPitch™ will text you with the pertinent details including company name, prospect name and telephone number so you can simply click through to make the call again.

What if my prospect does not answer his phone?
What if my prospect's secretary answers and he is away from his phone?
What if my prospect's voice mail takes my follow up call?
SalesPitch™ treats all of these cases as your follow up attempt. After you make your follow up report detailing the situation, the SalesPitch™ will automatically schedule another follow up call.

How do I postpone a follow up call?
When SalesPitch™ calls you at the time when you're supposed to make the follow up call, you can press 2 to postpone it for 10 minutes or 3 to postpone it for 30 minutes or 4 to postpone it 24 hours or 5 to postpone it 1 week. Of course if you press 1, SalesPitch™ immediately dials the number for you.

Can I change the date and time for the automatic follow up call?
Log into your account online at SalesPitch.mobi and under "Sales in Progress," click the "Next Follow Up" link asssociated with your prospect and change the date and time for whatever works for you.

What does minimal transcribing mean?
SalesPitch™ needs to know the telephone number, name and company of your prospect in order to track the report and place the follow up call.

Can I use SalesPitch™ on my computer?
Yes. SalesPitch™ allows you to file reports and close the sales cycle from your computer. Follow up calls can be scheduled on the computer as well, but the call will come through your cell phone.

Will this service work with my wireless carrier calling plan?
SalesPitch™ is carrier and handset independent. There is no software to install anywhere.

What is the SCORE all about?
A scoring system was developed to allow the sales representative to compare his or her performance to other SalesPitch™ subscribers. SalesPitch™ uses baseball-style scoring to calculate your total.

Basic points
.100 = completed sales cycle with follow ups, no sales, no referrals
.900 = sale with order number
and a referral increases your final score
.080 = last name
.050 = first name
.090 = phone
.030 = email

Highest score possible is 1.250 with order and complete referral
Lowest score is .100 with no order, no referral

This is a handy method for the on-the-go sales person to leave a note for later.
